SHOOT UNDERWATER PHOTOS LIKE A PROFESSIONAL WITH SEALIFE’S NEW Universal DIGITAL FLASH

Digital Flash Offers Variable, User-Controlled Intensity And Pre-Flash Override

MOORESTOWN, N.J. – SeaLife continues to provide underwater photographers with the most customized tools for the dazzling but challenging picture-taking environment encountered by divers and snorkelers.  The new SeaLife Digital Flash, designed to function with any underwater digital camera or digital land camera in a waterproof housing, offers photographers infinite possibilities with the flash intensity settings to compensate for the variable light conditions inherent to underwater photography.

Shooting at great depths, with little ambient light?  Set the intensity to full power to produce bright photos with excellent color rendition.  Shooting close-up macro images of small undersea creatures?  Set the intensity lower to avoid overexposed, washed-out photos.

The SeaLife Digital Flash is fitted with a universal mounting base compatible with all SeaLife cameras, as well as most popular underwater cameras and waterproof housings from other manufacturers.  The slave flash system includes a pre-flash cancellation function to compensate for the corresponding pre-flash settings of almost any digital camera.

Submersible to a depth of 200 feet, the unit’s rubberized, flexible arm ensures a firm grip and allows the flash to be adjusted for every shots specific angles.  It has a guide number of 20 at ISO 100 and a range of 1-8 feet, with a fast 8-second recycle time.

The SeaLife Digital flash requires four AA batteries for up to 100 flashes at full intensity.  It is available in dive shops and select photo stores nationwide, including Ritz Camera Centers, at a suggested list price of $350.
